• To start your own Hangout, go to the concert video (link will appear here when live) click "Share", then click on "Start a Google+ Hangout".

• If you're joining an existing Hangout, click Apps, then YouTube, start watching, and wait for Eric!

• Make sure you're inviting either "Your Circles" or "Public" in the "invite" box, and don't forget to invite "Eric Whitacre" to join.
