The other members who play their particular instruments that contribute in the creative process are making this awesome atmospheric music thats presented to Chino(unless he writes some gtr parts) so he can put his voice on top. This seems like an ideal band to sing for. Just hearing this I was picturing words to it.Chino is the guy to enhance this already great music.This music breathes&enables space for the entire band to contribute-including their genius vocal instrumentalist.

@McBossManus : Check out Chino's other side project called Crosses. Kinda has a Team Sleep sound. Electronic beats, keyboards and his vocals sound really good. Look up the song "This is a Trick".
