Bak Mei Chin-na San-da Academy Calgary, Gwai Gek (crutch kick drill). This combo involves a finger jab to the eyes with a front kick to the groin, lower torso, or chest followed by an immediate side kick to the knee. As the technique is named to indicate the intention of crippling the knee. This combo can be an excellent way to close the distance, create openings and can be followed up by additional strikes.
Note: when practising this drill with partner be sure to tone down the contact level to 50%.
No ego, hard work, and respect!
i have a different interpitation but yea the kick can be use to actually kick instead of just block the kick with a kick basically what the move is but very good lovely ^^
