@NotepadEF i hear the cries of the helpless and i can not stop myself. i come and might say what someone else has said. personally, i am suffering from a hereditary condition and other medical ailments that are debilitating and i am in excruciating pain. Ramdevji has literally saved my life and i had not been as consistant as i should have. .. you may lie down on a comfortable surface, but firm enough to support the body. find yourself through quiet awareness; reduce hardcore tings.
