The second tune, that is, the first fast one is an Irish reel called The Congress Reel. It's usually played by Irish musician in the A dorian scale or mode, but Allan is doing a great job transforming it to the Highland Pipes' mixolydian mode. IO think this os one of the better examples of Irish tunes not losing their beauty when played on a Highland Bagpipe,
