use cottonballs.....ammo first then the cotton balls or envelope the ammo in cotton...

you know what i just realised?
to make it accurate you need to make better ammo.
ammo that fits the barrel perfectly it wont bounce around thus making it shoot straight

Plus, if the ammo fits the barrel, there will be no room far air to escape around it, once again THUS making it more powerful and accurate.
