BPA is not the problem "plastics are" Phthalates and other chemicals are just as bad if not worse then BPA. So BPA free plasics are not the answer, and don't let them ever convince you their new BPA free plastic is now ok,

There is little we can do about all this giving that just about all the food we eat surely comes in contact with plastic as some stage or another during the processing stage. All we are left with, is whether we treat it from care from when we buy it onwards and make sure not to store in plastic from then onwards. But we have no idea how long it may have been in plastic on the shelf of the store.
