It might be just me, but the guy reminds me of the Necromancer from Diablo2 for some reason.

I love the symbolism and originality in this film. One of the good thing's about it is that the writers and directors didn't try to come up with a stilted explanation to make sense of it all, but left the film and it's predecessors open to interpretation. The tall man might represent the death that took away Mike's parents and his brother and continues to stalk him. It's all a phantasm created by a young boy's struggle to cope with loss.

just finished it and it was awful...

i really liked how when the door suddenly smashed and he laughs and says boy...surprised no one put that one up because that was the best sinister laugh ive heard

the only ones that are worth watching are 1 and 3. DON'T watch 4 aka oblivion, it sucks ass and its truely boring. the tall man in 4 is lame and doesn't kill anyone like he does in the 1st movie.
