    You can cold smoke cheese on your BGE just by using 3-4 charcoal biquretts with a chuck of wood smoking away.

    Question, did you leave both you're top and bottom dampers wide open for the duration? If not, what did you have them set to? Thanks for sharing the video.

  • BBQFOOD4U

    The bottom vent was wide open with the screen door closed. It reduces the air flow by 30% with the screen closed. The top damper was shut with the five vent holes turned open. You want a good air flow so the smoke bulids up in the BGE and surrounds the cheese and so the A-Maze-N-Pellet-Smoker keep buring with a good amount of smoke inside the BGE. Hope this helps - Give it a try !

    I'm not sure I could wait 2 to 3 weeks! As good as they look, and as addicted to smoked cheese as I am, the temptation would be overpowering!
