@nenillz ive been pole dancing for around 8 months now, and ive gone down about 2 dress sizes, my stomach isnt flat but you cant expect it to be straight away , i dont eat healthy, i dont diet, or go to the gym, i just pole dance. just give it time, i saw NO change at all for the first 6 months!!!

Hey sweetie, can u make another video like this where we can see u better on the pole. I tried the climbing and i must say u r an excellent instructor. I'd just like to see that move where u r all the way up the pole.

I'm not trying to be rude or whatever but I was told once u start learning pole your body gets toned I been doing it everyday for a month and I want to tone up but now I'm discouraged because I saw this. I was just wondering do I have to go to the gym as well as pole to be completely toned. And are there alot of untoned people that know how to do pole i dnt wanna be out of shape on the pole its not sexy oh yea and I'm on a diet if that helps kinda frustrated cuz I wanna see results within the n

@nenillz I think you get toned while practicing a lot. Well mostly the areas that you use a lot while you're doing pole dancing. Like for me, yes, I'm a thick girl but when I was diong that my arms got a lot stronger. It didn't do much for my stomach though! I mean, I have to workout on top of poling to get better results as well for you :-)

@nenillz well, the woman in the video does look toned. just thick. there's nothing wrong with that. just like there's nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight. just remember, slimming down is 80% diet and 20% physical activity. if that's what you want to do, cleaning up your diet is very important in addition to exercising :)

@heysaturdaysun wow, never heard of it being 80% diet... i really need to eat better. it's so hard! i do try though and have done better than before but i can still do even better!
