@57vett umm bro i know the sound of a billet engine and this is a stock racing briggs with a aftermarket airfilter top speed is 35-48 mph depending on how heavy you are and if you where running billet rod and flywheel it would sound a lot louder and it would rev a lot higher

You'd be surprised, take a 5HP briggs, and an aluminum con rod, cam, valve spring, copper head gasket, bigger carb jet later...you're pushing ~11HP
