Once again in his velvety voice Johnny does a strikingingly pleasing rendition of "Elusive Butterfly of Love."

  • This is from one of the Mercury recording......I just dont remember what album its from? Going too check my LPs and find it and play it. Have not heard this in years........I Love this song! Another great pick!

  • I've got it listed under "People" and "So Nice." Didn't realize it was on two albums.

  • Well, I like it! Not sure if that counts, since I like everything he has ever sung!

  • Apparently you're in good company.

  • This is dedicated to Dijon1213 who I suspect will not like this song because he does not appreciate Johnny singing in his much-praised and well-renown velvety voice after his scathing rant of "Why Can't I Touch You."

    Thank you.

    (just kidding)

  • Bem no começo de sua grande carreira, o Johny ja mostra quanto bom seria>

  • Yes, it is interesting how he can take hits like Yesterday When I Was Love and stylize it to such a degree that one forgets Roy Clark. He has done the same here. I really like him and would like to hear more of his songs

  • i love this song!:)

  • He looks and sounds so damn good here...wow

  • I love his look here.

  • even though its faster i still like the bob lind version better. the mellowness of the song is put off by the nasal quality of johnny's voice. dont get me wrong i love the b-52s i love all nasal action, but it doesnt suit this song.

  • I prefer this version to the 4 Tops version. Thank you

  • Johnny Mathis amazes me each and every time I hear his voice. How can it be so good.

  • A pretty song, beautifully sung by Mr. M. What more is there to say.
