I think this just gave me an orgasm

"The most important thing in any player should be the player. We have built a game *for them*."
...Might be the most epic quote by any member of any development team, ever.

So wait, I can't swing a sword?
lol jks, in all seriousness I am psyched about this game, hopefully it live up to the hype and finally put a worthy competitor to WoW

@MeSquirreI I already stated that I've done that. My comments like a month old. I've gotten to know the game a lot more.

everything they've said has been confirmed in gameplay, the reason they can talk big is because they have their gameplay to back it up, check out a few demo videos please.

@david02129 Gamescom just took place in Germany, and they had a playable demo there for people. It looks beautiful, plays beautifully, and the majority of the gaming press there has been nothing but positive. I can't wait.

still talking big for something that doesn't show gameplay. but as dikkiedikownd said, he has a game play video too. and it does look pretty good.

@david02129 its not a trailer, its a manifesto, there IS a difference bud.
what i want to know is, how are the things they keep talking about possible?
It's one thing to tell us your mmo will be great and have all this shit, but it's another thing to show it, which is something the trailer doesn't really do.
i won't be holding my breath with this one, but i'll definitely check it out when it comes out.

I know that there's traits and stuff, but there still are attributes. I can't seel to find the answer on my question: "Will you be able to edit your attributes like you can do in GuildWars?" I know you can always edit your traits, what about attributes?

@DELTA38g yes you can, if you have seen the demo video's where you create a character, if you choose an elementalist, you have to chose from 1 of the 4 elements, fire-water-earth and air, but you an switch ingame from anytype of them so yeah, you can switch attributes, for as far there are attributes ingame.
