  • This girl is so awesome. When I first saw the 'I lost 80 pounds' video I thought 'oh here we go.. more dieting rubbish' but she actually knows what she's talking about. This girl is a motivational goddess xx

  • if u still gained ur weight back in 2011 heres a tip for ya kaiii xD

    1* drink 8 cups o water a day for a week

    2* exercise itleast 10 mins a day each day for the week

    3* eat healthy stuff not all that junky fatty carby blow up fatty shitty stuff xD

    like fruit yogghurt ya know what im sayin then by the end of the week u should lose like 10 pounds i lost 10 - 15 pounds in 2 weeks by following these steps xD
