Garratts in Zimbabwe Part Two

Day two of the Garratts in Zimbabwe tour saw a before dawn start from Bulawayo with a run out to Plumtree and back. Once again the sun was reluctant to make much of an appearance, and whilst the runpast locations were OK, lack of good light spoilt the chance of any good shots, better was to follow.

Very atmospheric opening scene Ralph and the footplate ride must have been a incredible experience.

@justtakeiteasy But you are right shovelling coal into a hard working Garratt in the African summer must be some tough job. When the vid was taken it was winter, so the highest temp we had was about 30 C.
