Hello! I have an 11 year old son that has trouble sleeping. He says he's scared - he can't fall asleep - he doesn't know why - his body is tired, but he just can't sleep. Some nights are not so bad for him to fall asleep but then he wakes up around 2 am and gets upset saying he can't go back to sleep! It's such a stressful time for him (mom&dad too!) Could you recommend one of your books given this brief run down on my son? Thank You!

Your 11 year old wil most likely enjoy listening to a CD on his own. Indigo Dreams: Garden of Wellness has 2 stories, 3 practice sessions plus a music sound track. He could turn a short session on when he wakes up in the middle of the night or turn the relaxing music track on. Issues of being excluded and fitting in are also addressed in the one of the stories. This is a common challenge for his age group. Hope this helps.

My husband saw Lori Lite on the Shark Tank last nite on ABC and he was so excited. We have a 10 year old daughter that struggles terribly with anxiety. She is on medication but weve been to several doctors and nothing seems to help. She has terrible stomach aches also. Could you recommend which books/cds might be best for as far as what we are dealing with.

Lisa, I think that your 10 year old will benefit from the Indigo Ocean Dreams Series; Affirmation Weaver, Angry Octopus, Bubble Riding, and Sea Otter Cove. I would also get the Indigo Dreams: Garden of Wellness. Much luck and success to you.

Andrea, It sounds like you will benefit from any or all of the books and CDs. The Indigo Dreams series could really help when you are juggling 3 children. You just put it in the CD player and it can free you up to read to another child. You rotate books and CDs. Hope this helps.
