The Kettlebell Swing is one of the pillars of RKC Kettlebell training, a ballistic (explosive) exercise requiring strong hips through glute and hamstring contraction. The kettlebell swing is not just for your hips but will work the entire body forging strong abs, a solid back and legs that can withstand tremendous fatigue with quick recovery. The swing will help someone with a weak back or someone that suffers from recurring pain. Or you could use the swing to increase vertical leaping ability and sprint speed.

  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my BF got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • So it's popping the hips, essentially? I keep slipping into powering it with my shoulders on the upstroke.
