They look like my dogs(also Rottweiler and Golden), however mine are about 3 to 4 years old. They act exactly the same!

THEY ARE PLAYING AND THEY WOULDN LET IT GO ANY FURTHER THAN THAT! quite franky im disgusted with your belief that just because its a rotweiler its "Learning hostility". Since 16 weeks old my labrador has played tug and chase with other puppies/dogs, including alsatians, huskies and rottweilers. He is 2 years old now and the worst he could ever do would be lick you to death or asphixiate you with a fart.
Get off your high horse, they're just playing.
