  • Question, for anyone who owns this camera - how's the audio? Now, I *know* I can't expect the same quality as in a high-end $400 monster camcorder, but... is the audio on the Vado at least acceptable for YT vlogging and short amateur films? Would it be worth it to spend more on a Flip to get better audio, or are they both about the same?

  • @starxcandyx I'd say it's alright but I can't comment on the comparison between the Vado and Flip based on personal experience. Personally, I think the difference is minimal but it's probably not really THAT much better. Either way, I think the difference comes down to if you have a Windows or Mac. If Windows, Vado is better, but if Mac, people tell me the Flip is better and I can understand why.

  • Hi, i'm curious...how many MB has become this video you uploaded?

  • @cammello89 I'm not really sure, because I don't have the original file for this anymore. I was able to find another video that was of comparable length and content and it's about 50 megabytes.

  • When i watch it in 720p its jumpy (i assume this is my Pc) when i watch it in lower quality its fairly smooth but less sharp..

Can someone tell me wether this is jumpy or its my pc.. cos i might buy one of these.. any help pleaseeeeee

  • @terryfink It's mostly youTube, but also depends on your computer as well. When I play the video straight from the camera or on my local hard drive, it's perfectly fine.

  • People when are you going to figure this one out.... "Youtube" videos are POOOR not matter what the camera that its recorded on.. I have this Vado HD and love it and the footage connected to a tv or computer Is NIGHT & DAY compared to the footage here on Youtube. There is "NO" HD video on Youtube.. By the time it gets compressed for streaming here its garbage. This is because space and bandwith issues. Its a free site. The best part about Vado HD is the wide Lens. Small size and 124 $ price

  • @starxcandyx the audio is some what ok little quiet though but, there is an audio output so you can plug in a microphone which would be great for vloogging i also have a vado

  • @starxcandyx high-end $400 monster camcorder ? kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • great image, but trembling too much

  • The Flip Ultra Definitely Has Better Quality. I noticed that the color grading is pretty bad.

  • @degrommeisterug I would always charge "Any" electronic device "Fully" the first 1 or 2 times you use it.... On the vado it takes about 1 and a 1/2 to charge it the first time.. I would do that the first 2 times you use it...

The video footage will be played at 720 but only if you recorded that footage of video in the HD setting. If you recorded in "Standard" quality it will not be 720P.

  • @rmstudio I just bought the vado HD and i have 2 questions

1.How long i need to charge it for the first time?

2.If i recorderd a video and i play it in windows media players is it then also 720

    P?
