This Imperial record sold well. Not surprising as it is a cheerful and catchy tune. Leslie Holmes is a good choice as vocalist as the song suits his smiling voice perfectly.

Think it was these rousing comedy type numbers that were the big hits with the masses back then.I always passed them by in preference for tuneful fox trots i have to say.
