Here's my take on this ad. This guy goes to the trouble (and considerable expense) of hiring a plane to pull a banner behind it with a marriage proposal on it, BUT INSTEAD OF HAVING THE PLANE FLY OVER A SPECIFIC PLACE AT A SPECIFIC TIME SO HIS GIRLFRIEND CAN SEE IT, HE DRIVES AROUND TOWN TRYING TO FIND A PLACE WHERE SHE'LL SEE IT IF SHE HAPPENS TO LOOK AT THE RIGHT SPOT AT THE RIGHT TIME. In other words, he's an idiot. And Chevrolet wants me to buy the same kind of car he bought. No, thanks.

Her name is Bianca DeGroat. She has been in many commercials; Chevy, Ford, Post, McDonalds, Pier One Imports, TurboTax. & more. Her TV appearances include House MD, Parenthood and most notably Cyberchase. She won a Daytime Emmy in 2007 for her work on Cyberchase.
