  • Led Zeppelin vs the Who is like asking who'd win in a fight Chuck Norris or Chuck Norris

  • 0:50 - favorite bassist: Paul McCartney.

    0:51 - O_O favorite bassist: John Entwistle.

So this is what they mean by "things can change in a second."

  • Pete's look rather small.

    Maybe he's just Cleese-ish tall.

  • Around 4:25, anyone else hear Pete going into a Bad Company song??

  • did any1 else notice the whole interlude only happened cuz keith broke his bass drum skin and had to repair it on the fly? super awesome, totaly rock and roll!

  • @modladd Did you get AIDS and die yet?

  • @PonAdidas and America got their musical interests from Britain and other parts of Europe, way before America had even been colonised...if you go far enough back in time you can argue it with anything so it doesn't really achieve much.

  • @PonAdidas America arguably caused WW2 through the tariff barriers of the 1920's and the depression, so let's not go there

  • @PonAdidas, it was the Russians who saved us all, idiot. Look up the stats.

  • @awesomemcnugget Maybe you forgot Mitch Mitchell

  • @sedank The Who popularized (and almost created) rock operas, influenced punk rock, popularized the use of rock as a way to convey political/whatever issues, pioneered concerts amplification (thanks to John&Pete fighting to play louder than the other), created instruments destruction. Pete pioneered power chords, John played the first bass solos in rock, took the bass to places it had never been before, pioneered death metal singing.

Led Zep's more popular, sure, but more influencial? Not sure.

  • @modladd Get AIDS and Die.
