I build a concrete pool, with poured concrete on the bottom, and filled concrete cinderblocks, for the sides, and rockwork on the water edges, and tile inside, and seneca clay tile on the concrete deck. I put in pvc pipes in the ground. I built this pool, in 1983. No leaks, no cracks, and still in use today. Looking like it did, when I first built it... Concrete is the way to go....
