I love Rammstein and when I listened to Oomph! I loved them instantly too. Germany has the best Industrial Metal bands! So just enjoy the music.

Look I'm getting sick of everyone whining about Rammstein being better than Oomph! or Oomph! being better than Rammstein. D: THEY'RE BOTH WONDERFUL BANDS! IF YOU'RE REAL FANS YOU WOULDN'T BE FIGHTING ABOUT IT

Personally i like both Oomph! and Rammstein.
Rammstein has that gravelly German-ness which is very grungy and and rock heavy
Oomph! has a much clearer sound and tone, which you just want to put on really loudly and annoy the neighbors with. Which is good, also Dero is hot, helps.
It doesn't matter to me which band started the genre or emulated who, either way their unique.
