  • Women pay more and get less. Really Senator Mikulski. It sounds terrible, but it's also false. They get more.

    Women are far more likely to go to the doctor than is a man for minor ailments.. When men get sick, they are taught from a young age to "tough it out", whereas that pressure does not exist for women. This is smart, as women live longer than men.

    I agree that domestic violence should not be a reason for denying coverage, but shouldn't it be if she is still living with her abuser?
