La Niña effect in South America has caused more than double the normal rainfall in Colombia and parts of Venezuela. This clip was taken from the patio in my 20-room house in the city of Bogotá. Because of the 9000 feet altitude, the clothes hanging around the patio will actually dry overnight (high-altitude dryness). The items on the line don't get wet because the rain falls straight down.
