@columbus63 why would refs cheat for UK? LSU is number 1 in the country and these are SEC officials, if LSU loses that caused them a chance to not play in the national championship and ultimately lose money for the conference...use your head

Couch was quarterback. I seem to remember a rather rain soaked game between these same LSU Tigers and UK there at commonwealth stadium. The calls that game were so heavily for LSU it was horrible.

Columbus, I'll tell you like I've told anyone else who said the refs cheated for UK in this game.
IT MAKES ME HAPPY WHEN REFS CHEAT FOR UK. You know why??? very simple reason, back in the nineties when Bill Curry and Hal Mumme coached UK, when my uncle played for them, UK NEVER EVER got the breaks, we were seen as a doormat and thus got calls like a doormat. kentucky-43, LSU-37 3OT period.
kentucky and arkansas beat the 2008 national champs. I will never forget this game.
