Now this is what I like about utube, search long enuff and you'll find it. The good ole stuff. I have most of Harold Smith & Maj. albums including "Just A Little Talk With Jesus." I've had that album since the late 1960's. I've loved her since day one. It's great to see that she is still well (as of the upload date), and still havin' a little talk with Jesus. I love it. Gonna upload the ole 60's version SOOOOON!!!!! God Bless...

I had the privilege of chatting with one of Mother Moody's Daughter's yesterday at a homegoing service at Historic St. James Baptist Church. We fondly reminisced about when we used to go over to visit her at her home home and chat for hours. How fantastic it was to see this video of her at her best.

Wonderful, wonderful it is to see this old solider still on the battlefield fighting for our Lord, obviously with a faith that is strong as ever. praise the Lord for Mother Moody, fight on.

Mother Moody had a beautiful sweet spirit, and always had a smile for you that could brighten up a room, ALWAYS!!
So, Mother Moody is the one that also sang "I Love The Lord" with Harold Smith & the Majestics?

You are correct. Sorry for the delay in my response. As, you may know the Majestics recorded 8 LP's & Mother Moody is on most of them.

That's fine! I appreciate your reply. Thanks!
It's so good to see the face with the voice.

I understand. Mother Moody was quite the lady. I remember visiting her home. she had an organ in there and would talk about Rev. Nicks, coming by playing it.

Thank you for sharing these videos. I remember Mother Moody singing , "I Said I Wasn't Going ToTell Nobody but I Couldn't Keep It to Myself" with the Senior Choir . When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be! Yes Sir!

Mother Moody was special. I remember going to her home in Detroit. She was such a source of information. She loaned me a music book. I need the music for a song. Well our Mother Moody had it and said come on over sugar.
