The title pretty much says it, its a 1999 laptop, or maybe a 1998, dont know. the laptop has Pentium 2 400mhz 128mb ram. and 6b hdd. the bootup is around 34 secs.

please note the windows is not a normal one, its a extremely modified windows made especially for old laptops. SO you dont need a dual core , with a gazillion mb of ram and a trillion mb of space to run normal computing stuff. even these old systems are fine!

  • um u ma hav a virus tat currupeded te booting files on ur computer sw wach out if in right P.S....................:)

  • mine need to wait 5 minutes

  • god damn! That is fast!

  • try doing it with a regular non modded version of XP. then tell me its fast :P

  • wow your laptop is so fat

  • Can stream movies and mp3's even view pictures ! as long as you have all of this on your hard drive, sucha s an external HDD hooked up to a P2 then stream the content from that external HDD to the P2 to the PS3 downstairs or anywher ein the hosue does come in hand with an old PC, plus it's very silent, so i leave it on 24/7 so i have movies and music on demand !

  • Well it's a 1998 Pentium 2 @ 233Mhz with 64mb of ram... but i was like no.... so upgraded it to 512MB and 266Mhz, with fedora 11, and the media server program i use is "Vuze" google it !!! but if your a windows user for server stuff then use xp and enable media sharing in media player

Well when it's cable connected it breaths, but on the wirless donstairs maybe a tiny bit of skipping? but not a lot !!!!! as long as you have the ram for it then you will be fine.
