yes, O'Reilly and Van Susteran ARE the better examples at Fox News, of letting their guests speak. Then again, if the rest of FNC's anchors don;t want opposing view-points to be stated, they should discontinue the practice of even inviting people on. They should just start having 1 hour monologues where they tell you what they want to say (especially Hannity, and Megan Kelly).

.....and how do you "define" the "flat out" ignoring? When I used that phrase "ignore" I refer to the habitual tendency of these hosts and anchors to shout over, interruprt, and deflect when their guest tries to answer, or begins to answer in a way they don't to hear, and they often cut them off with commercial, music, end of segment, or threaten "don't make me cut your mic". Those kinds of things...I was being "polite" by only calling that behavior, ignoring.

how many links do you want me to send to you? I like O-Reilly a lot of the time, but he also is a major jerk to his guests on occassion, and even when I dislike his guest or disagree with his guest(s) at any given time, he should not treat them in ways that he does. He gets condescending, cuts them off, or just makes demeaning comments towards them....
-
@DarthSnoopy96 Give me a link that proves that O'Reilly (FLAT-OUT) ignores his guests' points.

In general I agree with your sentiment. Specifically with Ann Coulter though, she acts like that towards people all the time. So I have a hard time sympathizing with her finally being treated the way she treats others. She calls everyone a baby and "grow some skin" -- maybe she should grow some skin. Further, that guest-host was far less of a jerk in rebuffing Coulter than Hannity and Coulter and many others are, as a matter of daily routine....not just on Fox, but FNC is a case.

Do you even watch Fox News? I have watched them consistently for 15 years and the regular stable of anchors and hosts at Fox constantly ignore the points and answers to their queries when they don't like what the non-Republican guest is saying. The reason you criticize this Democrat guest-host for doing the same thing is because you disagree with her....Look, it is either totally okay to act like that (Fox staff), or not. But be consistent towards both sides doing it.
-
Wow, at least Bill O'Reilly let's his guests speak... regardless of whether you like Ann Coulter or not ignoring her points is such a childish strategy. Which is what Democrats are best at, acting like kids.
-
And nobody heard from that bad news anchor ever again....but Ann of course continues to be a success....even this video poster doesn't know her name...FAIL

lol when the liberal gets talked over, ann laughs. when she gets talked over, she cries like a baby and throws a fit.
LOL Note 1) Michael Brown shows the best way to counter the age old Sean Hannity tactic of trying to talk over people who have a valid, truthful point that he doesn't agree with. Just keep talking that point, don't let him get in to silence you. Just keep talking and let him get flustered.
LOL Note 2) Love it how Brown just keeps going when Cthulhuspawn Coulter gets pissed and storms off. "Yeah, whatever, bitch! No one cares what you have to say anyway!" :D

@wstorm1515 Why do you need to use a really offensive racial slur to make your point? Could it be you're trying to distract people from the fact that your comment is without merit? Michael Brown was answering questions posed to him. If Hannity didn't want to hear the answers, he shouldn't have asked the questions. And it's sad that you feel so bad about yourself that you need to put other people down.
