Inspiring interview with TI swimmer Barry Shore who used TI in his road to recovery from being a quadripalegic to being a swimmer who swims 4 hours per day. TI is the "yoga of swimming" as he says.
Seriously? Do you know what this guy has been through? A quadrapalegic to swimming 100s of miles? He loves the water! He can move in the water! He is a work in progress and will only, with his attitude, continuously improve. He is such an inspiration!

Nice uplifting message, but unfortunately, Barry's actual "total immersion" swimming technique is lacking.

It is the zen of swimming for me. TI has changed my MIND and my families MIND. In the past I could not swim more than a couple of laps without rest. Now I swim a mile every time I get in the water. I'm not near 1,000 miles, but I'm getting stronger too. My whole family and my friends are getting stronger too. WOW... transformation. Keep it up. You are an inspiration. Thank you.
