Saunders Trades & Tech. HS + Manhattan College Biodiesel Commercial

This is a brief student made commercial video that our students worked on to depict the train of thought that the student body experienced with the help of teachers and professors to realize the usefulness and endless possibilities of this overlooked commodity. Our plan is to use a large diesel truck, donated by the Mayor of the City of Yonkers, to collect used frying oil from around the City and processed with a collaboratively designed and built reactor/processor. This biofuel will then be used for fueling the truck itself as well as subsidizing home heating costs and emergency services.
