A heavy rail overpass is planned to go through Langley and right through the first farm established in BC by colonist, the Hudson Bay farm.

This project is part of the proposed gateway project which intends to incrase the export of raw materials like coal and oil to Asia and the united states and increase the movement of goods from asia into Canada and down into the united states. This overpass is part of the proposed plan.
