I can't believe the number of morons pointing out that the fish was dead. What do you expect them to do, run off miles of film until he catches a fish? The film in those cameras only lasted about three minutes! They would spend more time changing films than filming. Obviously they waited until he caught one and then re-staged it for the camera. So what?

@fleebus090 Thats actually not uncommon. I catch between 17 and 25 lbs with not to much trouble. The fall run at Montauk is the best. I usually catch and release, unless we feel like having striper for dinner and such. The thing is, even if you catch nothing, you'll have fun just casting out into the surf. Enjoy.

No showing of the end of the rod when the fish is hooked?! Dragging the fish around on the ground with the line?! No gill movement when it is only liphooked?!
