The Kinetic Bands allow an athlete to get resistance benefits from start to finish during any training routine.   • You can try putting the Head bands under the straps. with your package you received head bands and some use them under the strap for more comfort. you might also try wearing longer shorts or sweat pants. Also make sure the bands are being worng right above the knee. only about an inch above your knee.' please let me know if this helps.
