The "Strategic Human Resource Society" is an association of individuals with the purpose of revolutionizing "Human Resource Management" in Pakistan by using innovative and fun techniques.
SHRS holds a variety of events, seminars and workshops for its members providing them with an edge to compete in the corporate world. It provides its members a unique opportunity for networking with experienced HR personnel in Pakistan.
The society is known for Zenith- Leadership & Development Program. The objective of Zenith is to develop a pool of young leaders through a series of seminars, workshops, activities, applicative exercises and coaching. The program focuses on academic activities during the day and entertainment-based activities at night.
SHRS has also formed a strategic alliance with Shell Tameer to provide IoBM students the opportunity to unleash the entrepreneur in them. SHRS will help IoBM students with creative ideas tap into the necessary pool of resources to transform their into feasible business ventures.
