@sebby42603 It depends on the quality of the sap to start with and the temperature. Most folks treat it like milk as it will spoil and turn to vinegar or worse. But, up to a week if the temps are below 50 F. It's best to use it immediately for high quality syrup. The more it ages the darker the syrup will be, and the more invert sugars it will contain. This is the best storage system setup I've seen for a long time. I'm sharing this video with friends here at home so they can see a real good way of maple sap storage that is pretty easy to make. Thank you so much for sharing this!

@MsCountrywitch Thanks! I added a barbed fitting and hose to the shutoff, so now I can feed my pans directly from the tank.
