This video demonstrates how to integrate grip strength training into your routine.
There are two ways to utilize a towel:
1. Wrap it around the bar or db and grab the ends of the towel
2. Wrap it around the bar or db to make the handle thicker and grab the towel and the bar at once
Grip strength builds the complete athlete as the hands are the endpoint of the kinetic chain.
I can get the 200 pound grip to close, however I find it frustrating that once I deadlift anything more than 350, I still need straps because I can't hold onto the bar. Any idea why that is?

That´s nice, thank you! I had a similar idea which also works good for those who don´t have a t-bar: I take a 10 kg barbell and fit a judo belt or towel through the hole, then sit down rest the lower arm on your thigh. From this position you do pro- and supination movement in your wrist. Let me know how you like it if anyone tried it

I dont have a t-bar in my gym...but I do straight bar/towel rows, dumbell/towel deads (one hand) and towel chin ups. More great stuff from you guys. Cheers!
