Great video. I opened Window and I don't see actions. Is it because i am using photoshop element 9? Do I have to go to the GUIDED tab only? How do I have my texture and actions appear under the effects tab.

Jesus, you have no idea how long I've been trying to find the answer this. The whole time I was trying to save the individual action instead of the folder. I thought I was going crazy!
