Birth certificate or not Natural born he cannot be because his father belongs to Kenya british subject and according to Law of Nations sons belong to Fathers native land. 14 th admendment doesn't change natural born according to Laws of Nations. Ex. If you had a son and you were with new wife in north pole and son was born there, and you were from small territory called timbuctoo in somewhere Nation, that son would be citizen of Timbuctto with all those rights not north pole. Do u all get that?

President Obama could have released this BC over 2 years ago. This makes the President look like a jerk. We the people don't like being played with. Go to CNN website. On 'Home' scroll half way down to 'politics'. There's a list of articles, click on "11 political myths and conspiracy theories that still persist". At the bottom is a video talking about Obama and the HI law. The problem how ever, is they contradict themselves in their own video. The speaker says @1:00 "unless your the person themselves, you can't just walk in and ask for the BC" @ 2:05 he says "Obama himself can't go in and say here release it" Their OWN video is a scam!

No matter how you slice this - DOH in HI has been playing games for several years now - the former Governor Lingle, the former Health Director Fukino & the current Gov AberHippie have all violated their state laws and should be held accountable no matter what the outcome of this atrocity by Obama.
Obama will never be a NBC though, so some politician needs the cojones to speak up about this, quit focusing on the BC & follow the Constitution!!
