@WiLLTheD00p I would think so too, but look at the coloration. Blind snakes are a solid brown or black from what I've seen. This one is bright red on the bottom, and uses its tail like a decoy. Definitely a Western Wormsnake in my opinion. Of course, there's no way of being 100% certain. We weren't there. lol

@Agentofthe1Truth no he wasn't chasing people around with it our guide didn't like it though and then our other guide who is like 90 said it's a dress worm or a bow tie worm or something):
Judging by the snake's coloration and size(yes, it is a snake), I'd say it's a type of wormsnake, most likely the western species(Carphophis vermis). They're perfectly harmless to humans, and mostly eat earthworms and other soft-bodied insects. The chick was in no danger, but I hope the person who filmed this was kind enough to get the snake off of its leg and release it.
