Pregnancy and being Pregnant means a new level of fitness is required. This video shows a range of exercises that can help with fitness for the baby and the pregnant mother to reduce risk of injury and improve health. Pre or Post partum does not matter - these movements prepare the mother for daily functional movements she will need.

  • Good question SkinnnyMinnny - you can use a large sack of rice, a laundry bag filled with cans or a backpack with some old textbooks. Just find something that is heavy and unpredictable. Just like a baby :)
