@tsugboxing hi mate! I was just wondering if it actually is better if you do a combination of exercises like your doing in this video or doing them all separately by taking turns of each exercise you do, do you think it makes a difference if you do either way?

realy like this :) used 20 lb weight vest first time only got to the third set push up and lu ges but the next timei u used 10lbs and did the hole thing with it

first two work outs r 2minutes total 30 30 30 30 rest 15 sec then move onsecound time u do the first two work outs r the same 15 sec rest betwean all

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW MANY MINS U STAY ON ONE WORKOUT BEFORE U SWITCH OVER?
i once walked into .. my friend's foot. Don't ask me how, but it hurt a lot. I'd hate walking around you when you're shadow boxing lol
