@jazzbo1974 This is confusing but i think this is what happened. Lap 75 of the 80 lap race there is an 8-car crash including Julius Johnson (#95) and Kevin Gundaker (#58). A paramedic named Mike Staley is attending to the #58 car of Gundaker. The field completes another lap and as they are slowing behind the pace car, Bob Keselowski (#29) is struck from behind and is spun into the infield. Julius Johnson (car not pictured in this clip at all) does die 3 days later due to a skull fracture.
