I have both of them and from the WWE produced DVD, the understanding was that WCW and TNN was the blame for ECW going out of business and I felt that Forever Hardcore went above that.

Todd Gordon was a worthless money mark who was moved out of ECW before it had any real success. All the other guys you list came and went from ECW and were not important in the office.
