A compilation of workout routines as well as experimental exercises that I have been training and fiddling with to condition since the start of the new year.

Please be advised that I'm not uploading this to demonstrate proper form or technique. Every exercise performed in this compilation can be vastly improved on given proper conditioning and diet (specifically the pull ups, my god I suck at those) and that is my ultimate goal by conditioning in the first place. This is mostly to give an idea of the variety of exercises I'm fiddling with and new routines I am practicing for the future.

Super big thank you goes out to Jeffery LaRose from Calgarys Fitnistics for helping me out a ton with this video! You can check out his personal training page on facebook.

Also big thanks for everyone that I train with and who took part in helping me film the video! You guys are always a constant inspiration!

  • is this for all ages ? and how high was the box you were jumping ?

  • @PrEgNaNtFiSh4 While I don't recommend the experimental or acrobatic exercises for first timers (unless you have a solid gymnast background), pretty much anyone can do these exercises. Some may find certain parts more challenging (like the pullups or handstand pushups) but having a spotter helps provide a great way to build up to them.

As for the box jumps, the box itself was slightly under 4 feet high.

  • FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM THE 999 VIEWER FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • @SuperCODPlayers1000 Sure man. Some of these exercises maybe a bit challenging if you are younger but kid gymnasts train like this all the time. Unlike weight training you dont really have to worry about stunting your growth or fusing growth plates together. The earlier you start the better man. Good luck! :)

  • i love the video

  • That is an awesome video!!! thanx for uploading :)
