The mandolin was hand made by an instrument builder named Terry (last name forgotten right now) at Herb David's Guitar Studio in Ann Arbor, MI. All but the neck, fingerboard, and perhaps braces is made from zebra wood. It's definitely one of a kind, and I enjoy playing it immensely.
