  • Paul Washer is an example of how to put God first and as everything in your life.. The reason why many don't agree with Paul is because they don't want to live for Christ to an extend that he's living in. I look at nice and friendly pastors that as well preach the truth too. I just believe that Paul will get more rewards in the end from God. Not that Paul is only spreading the word to get more rewards than anyone, but to do everything in God's Will

  • @duecepitbull Jesus died so that those who love him may be saved. But if you love christ how can you love sin?If you love children you must hate abortion if you love jews you must hate the holacaust. Just like if we love the Lord we need to try to refrain from doing sin and to try and refrain from the things in the world by hating the things in the world Read 1 john 2:15-17. and 1 john 3:3-10 and we are saved by loving one another and loving God 1 john 3:11,1john 4:17,1john5:1-5

  • @Roy5595 Apart from God, we know nothing, we can do nothing, we are NOTHING. We keep the simple commandments of God outlined before because God has moved in us and changes us. We should gently encourage the brothers, openly rebuke when necessary (NOT ALWAYS), and help guide them along. I just don't see the brow-beating and fear-mongering as very scriptural. No amount of repentance or good works will save anyone. Who are we looking to for assurance? Our "fruits" or the finished work of Christ?

  • @Roy5595 And its not about how much we repent or how much good we do or how much bad we don't do. It has nothing to do with us. We are saved by God's grace alone. Only he can change the hearts and behavior of people, turn it to him! People are UNABLE to repent on their own. They need to change their mind (metanoia, repent), come to Christ, and then he can help them overcome. Ephesians 2:8-9. This man-centered Gospel, where everything depends on the man - to believe, to repent etc, will not save.

  • @daleyboy77 I apologize for all my comments, but its hard to elaborate in a 500 character space. Anyway, I do not think it is "all good" for everyone. The only way to be reconciled with God is through Christ, and many will not find the way. They will stumble over its grace and simplicity. Matthew 12:50, What is the will of the father? John 6:39-40. What are God's commandments that we are to keep? Matthew 7:12, and 1John 3:21-23

  • This video is incredibly thought-provoking. I praise God for Brother Washer.

  • @daleyboy77 And would you suggest that John was a heretic for not mentioning the word repent even once in his Gospel? Or that Paul was a heretic for not preaching on hell constantly? Christ DID say we would suffer in this world, but I see NO REASON why we can not be at peace and rejoice in our relationship with him. Its a loving, reconciled relationship. Judgement is for those under law, those not saved, not for those under grace! Romans 6:14, Romans 5:20-21.

  • @Roy5595 Bottom line: should we promote a sin consciousness (read Hebrews 10) or a Christ-consciousness? (Philippians 4:8). Don't make us slaves to the law and to fear! Let us serve Christ in spirit and in truth and without fear. Let us be ASSURED and KNOW that we are saved 1 John 5:13.

  • @daleyboy77 So the real question is: if there was no hell, or judgement, would you and all of these people still worship and follow God? I know I would. But I know for a fact that many would not.

  • @daleyboy77 I am not denying hell but none of the apostles focused on the topic like Washer and his friends do. Where's the love? As for any so-called "revival", it only sparks because people are afraid. In the past when people stop preaching about hell people, the congregation tapers off. Why is that? Its because they don't truly love the Lord and only fear hell. You have to bring someone to a loving understanding of God, so they WANT to follow him not so they feel FORCED.

  • @daleyboy77 Also, please point out to me where Paul or any of the apostles engaged in the kind of fear mongering and hell-speech that Washer and other LS advocates spew? You will not find even one mention of hell in Acts or any of Paul's epistles. Wouldnt they have preached like Washer considering the severity of hell? But they didn't, interesting.

  • @daleyboy77 I have backed up my position with scripture, where is your support? Please tell me your "Gospel" and how a person is saved and what your definition of repentance is. Please watch watch?v=wFLe7I22cJ8&feature=channel_video_ and watch?v=KEdSfp2M_7w. Furthermore, who are you to say I am not saved? Who are you to judge another man's servant? Romans 14:4
