spetsnaz is short of Spetsialnoe Naznachenie(Специального Назначения). I meant in Russian marines are never called so, just morskie pehotinzi. About techniques - it's like UFO, every1 talks about it. Any1 of you saw it? Your friend? Probably... NO?!
