I got this phone and it don't do have the stuff it was doing on them videos. Is there different versions to this phone?

this phone is the worst phone i've ever had, the screen has broken three times and lg says that type of damage isnt under warranty. it was a fairly nice phone to use but very very slow aswell as utterly flimsy.
